I was going to complain about an item after talking to Lindex customer service. I was treated very badly by the cashier. She was rude and reluctant to help me with the complaint and I then had to look for an equivalent item myself, after asking for help with that. The person left the cashier and then I stood there waiting for a long time for help again. I didn't get a single smile or help. So sad
