Super nice people who are incredibly service-oriented, very helpful and do everything to make you as a customer feel welcome. I am incredibly happy that you are here in Alvesta.
One of the best landlords I've had. Very helpful, nice and quick if anything happens.
I have a terrible fear of the dentist but coming here to the dental clinic is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Everyone is incredibly kind, pleasant and super understanding of me and my difficulties. They really do their utmost to make sure that your visit is the best. I really highly recommend them.
Our local hockey club plays here. People have been skating here since they were kids and went to school. Standing areas, some seats and a cafeteria where they sell some goodies and snacks for visitors who come to watch the games.
It has become so incredibly much worse than it used to be. First you get several different doctors and no one seems to listen to the patient in question. And if you do get a permanent doctor, he is still tied down by the doctor responsible for medicine who decides EVERYTHING when it comes to medicine and treatment. And the decision goes over the patient's head and there is absolutely no way to change it. Some nurses are super nice and helpful but it doesn't help if you are still run over and ignored. I have complained on several occasions, contacted the manager (requested a meeting but NOT) and sought help from the patient committee but nothing changes. No empathy whatsoever for the patient and especially not if you suffer from a rare diagnosis then you are screwed. I would like to give a minus rating as I am so terribly disappointed and angry with the majority of the staff at this health center. Person-centered care is not something that is done at this health center.
Very difficult when everyone assumes that everyone who comes to the health center speaks Finnish. Unfortunately, I feel that I was not listened to or helped if I did not have my husband with me on the visits. I wish they would take this into account and change their routines when it comes to new residents and people with perhaps a little more need for help so they can more easily get to the right doctor/nurse/physiotherapist/occupational therapist or further to the hospital.
