I ordered a wine cooler that had a delivery time of several weeks. When I finally got it, I thought it was very noisy, I thought it would go away. It didn't, a loud sound that comes every 10 minutes and lasts about the same time. I submitted a complaint about whether it really should make that much noise and got a response that it should be 39db, if I could send an audio film. I did this and got a response that they don't hear anything and normal sound is that a wine glass should be heard over. And that any loud noise will go away after a couple of months. They could send a technician to look at it, but if they couldn't find anything wrong, I would have to pay for it. I said that regardless of the fault or not, I wanted to return it because the sound is so loud that I can hear it from the living room to the bathroom, with two rooms in between I got a response that the 14-day right of withdrawal had passed and that I couldn't return this. I wouldn't recommend buying a wine cooler from here unless you're going to keep it in a garage. Poor service and no response to the problem. Now I have a wine cooler that I can't turn on because the sound drowns out both the TV and the dishwasher.
