The service we received when purchasing our car was good. However the service (mechanics and insurance coverage) afterward has been frustrating. For example, this morning, I couldn't get through to the mechanics. I called 3 times and each time I waited in the queue until I became first in line at which point the system told me they couldn't help me at this time and cut off the call. And the reason I was trying to get through to the mechanics was because less than a week after my car had been in for service to fix an issue with the parking brake, the problem got worse and my car had to be towed.
