I called them a week ago and asked about the price for converting steel to composite. Went to the machine in Eslöv and changed tubes. But there the price was 200 SEK higher than what I got on the phone. I call them again and ask why. I am told that the manager is not there and I can't get an answer. I am asked to email my question. Because the man who answered forgot to talk to the manager otherwise. I emailed and it has now been a week without a response.
