Could be the worst customer service I've ever received over the phone. Asking for help/tips. The person on the phone replies: that they can't, I don't fix the machines. Ok can I talk to a technician? No they can't, they don't have time to talk to you, they're out fixing things all day. So after being called an idiot, I simply hung up the phone, wrote this review in the hope that others will think twice before contacting this company.
