Consistently bad. Have ordered three or four times, always forgetting that this is probably the only pizzeria in Stockholm where the staff haven't ever had a pizza themselves, from this pizzeria or any other. Save your money and buy a frozen pizza, it CERTAINLY won't be worse. CHEESE - A very cheap bulk product made for an unassuming piece of hastily made breakfast toast. They try to cover this upp by adding way to much instead. SAUCE - I literally have no clue, the massive amount of generic household "sandwich cheese" used works as a perfect camouflage for what I can only imagine is a very fresh, but bland sauce. BREAD - Not bad, it's just not the dough you use for pizza. It's similar to baguette or breakfast toast. Baked out to a flat and round surface. It is far from baked enough though, only the "plain cheese - margherita" is thin enough so that the bread is actually done. I suspect the problem is that the dough they use can't be worked thin enough to actually have time to bake before the toppings burn. TOPPINGS - ... wich are plentiful and fresh and four out of four times not cooked evenly, or at all, and consistently oddly balanced. I mean look at that picture! "Oh sh*t the cheese burns before the bread is done, better put the toppings on AFTER it comes out of the oven" ... " what did the guy order, a meat/peppers/mushroom pizza? OK, so he's probably in it for a massive amount of uncooked tomato wedges, and equally uncooked onion right? BON APPETIT" The pizzeria obviously have a respect for fresh ingredients, they have no problems putting on a lot of toppings and have a generous portion size. That's good, great even, now they just have to employ a baker that actually enjoys making and eating pizza. A person that have a better understanding of the food than someone that has had the concept explaied to them one time, and decided pizza didn't sound like something they would enjoy, but they would enjoy making a sort of semi solid slab that other people would find unagreeable. Super. Two stars instead of one, because every time I ordered the ingredients seams to be fresh, that's not the problem, the problem is that the staff can't can't make a pizza worth it's use as a doughie doorstop even if the got three or four tries.
Stora och välfyllda. Har ok delikatessdisk och salladsbar. Välfylld på vegetariska alternativ till kött.
