Big scam and terrible customer service! I reserved a laptop online for warehouse collection. It was 5% off due to outgoing stock. It took me an hour to drive there (on my daughters birthday!) and once inside I had difficulties getting hold of someone to help me. Once I had someone look over my order, he dissappeared in the warehouse for over 30 minutes only to tell me there was a something wrong with the order and that they only had this product 1x at full price. They had the product, I had a collection order with a printed discount and there were not going to give it to me(!!!) After long discussions, which quickly turned very unfriendly, they knocked off 2.5% of the full price. It felt like a sour compromise having to pay 350kr more than what I was supposed to but after all time and energy committed, I did not want to leave empty-handed. I still feel betrayed being lured to drive there on a false promise and then having to go through all this. They made a mistake and were too greedy to give me the agreed price. Instead they choose to alienate their future customers get more bad reviews online and for what? Because they couldn´t give a 350kr discount for a product worth 14000kr. Please follow my example and never go shopping there again!
