Charm and coziness abound! The living room, in particular, exudes a homely feel; no TV or radio (phew). Unfortunately, it's located on Bengtsfors's busiest street, but nothing is too much trouble. Arriving late in the evening, breakfast whenever it suits you, and even a refund if you stay shorter than booked—it's all possible. Sure, the bathroom isn't en suite, but it is private, clean, and spacious. And the breakfast is very traditional yet delicious and plentiful. And although it's officially a hotel, you can bring your own food and eat it there, using glasses, plates, and cutlery. A gem not listed on Booking.com. Only for foodies.
