The service technician was only on site for 20 minutes, but we were billed for two hours. We find it unacceptable to be charged for travel and administration time without knowing in advance. The problem with our heat pump and boiler was not solved, but worsened, forcing us to hire another company. In addition, the unresolved problem led to significantly higher electricity costs for a month and a half, with consumption that was about double or triple what it should have been, resulting in thousands of extra kronor in costs.
