At first it seems professional and good treatment. Gradually, subsequent defects appear of varying severity. For example: - Not tightened wheel bolts (all on 1 tire that started to wobble after a few miles). - Not tightened anti-roll bar when replacing shock absorbers. - Broken top bearing when replacing shock absorbers. - Incorrect reassembly of engine cover resulting in it flying off while driving. - Sealant that does not hold tightly not once, not twice but three times. These are examples that have occurred with my two cars on several occasions at Autoexperten. The treatment after these incidents is beyond criticism. As a customer, I would have liked to see that as a mechanic and a serious workshop apologize for their mistakes when the same customer comes in for the 10th time again when something has proven to not have been done correctly. Instead, you are greeted with big sighs and a "yeah" attitude. They deny that there was even an engine cover on the car and shrug their shoulders at the problems that have arisen. It is difficult to explain my experiences with this garage. I absolutely believe you can have good experiences here and they don't really feel like they are scammers. But my experiences have been anything but good and I feel deeply disappointed.

Even though they themselves write "You are warmly welcome to visit us at our facility in Jönköping." you will first be met by a large locked gate and chains in an industrial area to an unsigned, unscrupulous warehouse. When you are finally allowed to enter, you will be met by a dishonest and disrespectful so-called salesman. If you manage to look at a car and even test drive it and despite all the above want to buy your car, you will be told that he does not have time but has scheduled meetings with other customers and does not have time to sell any cars.
