Everything was going well until I went back after cleaning to inspect my apartment that I was selling, just before I sign the contract to the new owner. That's when I the damaged surface of the wooden kitchen bench (probably because of some bleach or other cleaning product) that stayed and left marks on the wood, like big drops that removed the wood lack. I contacted them just to inform them actually for futurere ference. I also sent them pictures but they denied that they did it, saying that they saw only scratches from... use and they claimed that they are not using chemicals and that their staff is careful.. but the result and the pictures say otherwise. So If you have anything expensive in your home that needs special treatment I would recommend to either be present while they work or give them precise instructions how to do their job without damaging something you care about.
