I went to Pinar to cut my hair and for my daughter who is 18 months old. I am very happy. My daughter felt safe so she was calm and cooperating the entire time. I gave birth so I was not able to pick up the product. The pick up period was just a few days, maybe 5-6, or maximum 7 days. And within those 7 days, since I gave birth the order was returned. I submitted a signed regret form because not picking up does not equal to “regret”. And that has been three weeks of sending the regret form and they have not replied or acknowledged my emails. I have sent a follow up email after 2 weeks and still, no reply. I sent another follow up email on the 3rd week I have been waiting and still got no reply. I called their number and the person I spoke to said she doesn’t handle returns but will ask someone to call me but still nothing. How can a company feel so good not returning a new mother’s money for an order I did not even have a chance to pick up? I will stay away from this company. And aside from this review, will file a complaint. I am so tired from being ignored.
Jag har bara ätit här en gång och det enda jag beklagar är att jag inte har gått tillbaka igen. Jag älskade absolut deras injera och alla fyllningar jag åt den med. Smakerna och upplevelsen var så fängslande att jag längtar tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt!
