Vi skulle på stugtur och stannade till i Torsby för lite harryhandel i oktober. Vi var väldigt hungriga och kom över denna plats. Servicen, maten och personalen var mycket bra. Denna plats är värd ett besök om du är i Torsby för första gången. Vänliga hälsningar, ett gäng killar från Oslo
I have been a regular guest from Oslo at this spa for over five years and have always appreciated the high level of service, cleanliness and facilities. The staff do a phenomenal job – professional, friendly and always accommodating. However, in the last year the experience has started to deteriorate. More guests are acting like they are on a drinking spree, not a spa. People are drinking alcohol in the lagoon (pool) and changing rooms, and I have seen beer spilled right into the pool. It is disrespectful to both the place and us who actually come here to relax. I still give 5 stars because the staff deserve it, but I hope the management takes action so that the place does not lose the charm and quality that made it unique in the first place.
