Came in for the first time today looking for some anchors for dry wall. Basil was at the door and was very helpful in in getting me in out with what I need. Store looks phenomenal and will definitely be back to purchase more stuff.
Gick in dit för att kolla in butiken eftersom jag letar efter några fritidsskjortor för män. Gick in och blev aldrig hälsad eller kvitterad, men personen som gick in bakom mig blev omedelbart hälsad och kvitterad och hjälpte till när jag stod där och så småningom bara gick för att jag inte ens blev erkänd som person.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience I have had dealing with a gym. Not only did I go there multiple times during the open hours to try and tour the gym, but each time no staff was there on site to even let me in or help me. I emailed the company to try and get assistance, they took a week to respond and just told me to go during open house hours, which I already stated I did multiple times. Then I spoke with the live chat while I stood outside the gym. They could not tell me why no one was there, nor could they call to confirm if the person was there or not to let them know I was there. They said then for compensation they would offer me a free trial. Seeing that they give everyone a free trial if they ask that is 1st not a compensation. Second I didn't not want to waste my time and go to the gym if they didn't have the equipment I needed, didn't have enough space so it wasn't extremely crowded during peak times or wasn't clean. All I wanted to know was how to confirm when someone will be there so I could tour the gym. At that point since I did not want the free trial they said there was nothing they could help me with and ended the live chat abruptly and rudely. Signed up for another gym that same day and reported the experience to my employer who had the discount deal with them.
