Fjallbakka is a nice little town located on the coast, so it offers nice views not only of the coast itself, but you can also see a lot of boats/yachts anchored here (especially during summer season, we were here at the end of August when not many yachts have been anchored there). In this town there is a rocky hill called Vetterberget, where the Kungsklyftan (fissure) is located. Many people visit this place just for the fissure and the views from the hill. Keep in mind that the path up is quite steep and can be challenging for some. However, even if you don't make it up to the aforementioned fissure, don't despair, the town is nice in itself and you will enjoy walking around it. The views from the bottom of the hill are also interesting - you can see there typical Scandinavian houses with a majestic hill in the background - an ideal place for a photo.
Absolutely beautiful place! This nature reserve is definitely worth a visit. I haven't seen much photos of this place before visiting, so when I came there I was quite surprised (in a good way) and amazed how beautiful this reserve is. The orange rocks are spectacular (but can be slippery and dangerous to walk on, so be careful), together with sea waves they create a really beautiful scenery.
Lovely garden with beautiful simple manor and lake view. I really liked how nicely maintained the garden was. Few useful facts: - there are free toilets available, - there is small parking lot right at the garden (free for 2 or 3 hours), or there are another parking lots further away from the garden, which can be preferable if you have more time and want to stroll up to the Manor, - there is not much to do, you can strall around for couple of minutes and that's basically it.
Lovely stroll on a wooden broadwalk by the sea. This place is ideal for just strolling around, admiring beautiful small houses, maybe stopping by to eat some seafood (there is plenty of restaurants). We have been there on late August and there were not many people so the strall was quiet, but I can imagine it can get pretty crowded during high season. Parking is for free after August 15.
Really cute and cosy little café. They don't offer a wide variety of coffees, but enough to choose for everyone. We tried their chai latte (which they do a bit differently than we are used to) but it was really good :). They also offer some breakfast/soups and cakes for reasonable prices. Note that it's a self service cafe.
