WARNING! Unprofessional treatment and gross negligence My last visit here unfortunately leaves more questions than answers. A car that was handed in for a simple electrical fault sustained extensive damage to the suspension and tires while it was in the workshop's care. The most notable thing is the lack of transparency and the direct contradictions in the information I received from the staff regarding how the damage occurred. The fact that management chooses to end conversations instead of responding to documented facts about the condition of the car when handed in is deeply concerning. I recommend future customers to be extremely careful with documentation when handing in. ⚠️Update: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the link you sent does not work (the page cannot be found). It is regrettable that the tools you refer to for help also do not work. I have therefore chosen to send a formal complaint via email directly to Mekonomen Central (Customer Relations) and to the workshop, including photo evidence from the tow truck. I now expect serious handling of the matter from there.
