We went twice for our son, once for the 10 month checkup and once for the year checkup. The first time the attention was quite poor, not bad but definitely not good (we had to wait around half an hour after the scheduled time and then the visit was very fast and "mechanic"). Luckily this last time it was amazingly good, Olga provided great attention both professionally and socially, treating our son very well and making him feel like playing during the entire visit, so all the measurements and tests were just a game to him, and even the vaccinations were quite ok (he only cried for a couple of seconds).
