We had booked a car for New Year's Eve. A quarter of an hour before the agreed pick-up time, Taxikurir / Cabonline sent an SMS saying that the car was delayed. Of course it was annoying as we were guests at good friends' and had planned to drop them off at a certain time, but delays can be due to traffic accidents or other things. We waited 45 minutes and when we didn't get any more information, we sent an SMS asking if they had a new estimated time. We then received a response that they couldn't fulfill the agreement and would like us to book a car again another time. This put us in a very difficult situation. If there was a problem, they could have warned us as early as possible and if they can't complete the agreed ride, the customer needs to know this as early as possible. Now we only got the message when we started asking for a new estimated time. This shows that Taxikurir is completely unreliable as a taxi company if you want to be sure of getting home. I really can't recommend them!
