The store staff has had a rude attitude several times when I have been there. Once when I wanted to buy a pair of glasses I was offered a subscription with 3 different pairs of glasses (reading, progressive and sunglasses) which would cost a lot in the long run. When I chose not to, the woman became rude and suddenly my glasses cost more. You understand that the store staff get a bonus when they sell a subscription. The argument is that you will need new glasses every year. I have had my current glasses for 5 years. Nothing has happened to my eyesight during that time. The only subscription you really need is for your mobile phone.
