Negative experience of the service I have never before given feedback to an authority, but after today's experience I feel compelled to do so. I was treated in a very unpleasant and cold manner by the staff. No clear explanation was given as to why I was not allowed in, but a person simply pointed to the information outside the door. It felt both condescending and nonchalant. It was also incredibly hot outside, and I had to stand and wait for several minutes before I was finally called in. The whole thing felt unnecessarily humiliating and unprofessional. A simple explanation and a little kindness would have gone a long way. I hope that the service to visitors can be improved in the future. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect – especially in contact with authorities.
