I contacted them a week before I was going to rent as a private individual and was told that the machine would be in the office a week later. There was nothing in the office when I arrived. The new appointment was on Friday the same week but when I got there I was suddenly told that I had to have an account to be able to rent. I had to go home again. When I had applied for an account on their website I did not receive any confirmation of my application and after contacting customer service I was told that my application had been rejected even though I have no payment complaints plus I have a credit card with high credit. Very unserious company - avoid!
