Do not recommend. Received email as per attached picture. Examination fee 1250 after RUT When they were ready I took it for granted that I would pay 1250 + any spare part. Samsung service called Nordic Easc AB says that they add a delivery fee of 500 SEK in addition to this. This was not stated anywhere when we reported the fault Neither by email nor phone. The party ended up at 3150 SEK in total Now I chose to fix our dryer but not next time, then it will go to the dump and buy another brand. Another thing to keep in mind is that they give ONLY 3 months warranty on work performed with NEW spare part which is a joke. Worst company I have ever had with me. Do not hire, or demand more documentation by email what costs may be added.
