I’ve been a member of Clayroom for a year now, and I truly consider it the best place on earth. I worked professionally with ceramics for 14 years, and here I finally allow myself to create just for me. It’s wonderful that all the materials are already available on-site, so I don’t have to think about any of that. From the studio window, you can see a small stream, which adds a very special atmosphere. The building itself is historic, and the whole place feels almost magical. It’s calm and beautiful here. It’s a space where you can truly listen to yourself, feel the material, and immerse fully in the creative process. Sanna and Sandra have created something truly exceptional, a real place of strength and inspiration. This is not just a studio, it’s a community of people who have found their own path in ceramics. From time to time, members gather for informal meetups with snacks and drinks, or for shared creative evenings working with clay.
