I just had my Värmebaron installed by my plumber, but something is not working and it is not providing any heat. My plumber advised me to contact Värmebaron to see if there was something that could be quickly and easily solved over the phone since they were not on site. Unfortunately, they were completely inflexible in helping me, and only my plumber could get technical support! The plumber may be your customer on the invoice, but I am the user and have paid for the product. A little flexibility and a sense of service would not have hurt! Now the construction fan has to be on instead and my plumber has to go here and then call support, really great!!
