I have an FA 400 Combi filter that I bought from AquaGruppen in 2009. When I felt it was time to change the filter media, I contacted them, told them which filter I had and they said they could deliver new filter media for that filter. They were quite expensive on the media and the shipping was really expensive at 800 SEK. When I received the bag of media, I could read on it that there would be 1.5 bags for my filter and I only received one bag. When I contacted them, they said that my filter would not have such a large tank and they could not take responsibility for what previous owners had sold, so much for what they write about 30 years of experience but I don't know what they have sold. They could sell me an extra bag but this time they could offer the shipping, thanks but no thanks. I chose to return it and for me the shipping cost was under 300 SEK to send it back. It then took them two months to refund my money after several reminders. I can mention that I bought two bags of the same filter media from another supplier for the same price that AquaGruppen would have charged for one bag and the shipping was a fraction of what AquaGruppen charged.
