I bought a lambskin online and returned it in-store because it didn’t meet my expectations. I got my refund, but the owner was quite defensive and rude during the return and refused to give me a receipt. The refund was fine, but the customer service was disappointing. Update: After leaving the above review, the owner repeatedly emailed me, trying to argue and make me feel guilty. Including after I asked for no further contact. This is extremely unprofessional. Customers should be able to return or exchange a product without being subjected to this kind of unnecessary drama.
