Minus 100 out of 5 stars! Now that I read the reviews, I understand that my mother is unfortunately not the only one who has received lousy service and treatment from Varsam. Therese at Varsam - terribly rude and cocky. The first thing she does is interrupt me in the middle of my sentence when I explain what happened. My mother has two chronic illnesses, and bought products from Varsam to make everyday life easier. Not only is the material very poor and the product turns black after being used a few times, which both my mother and I notice and see with our own eyes, even after we wash it. They then say that they have cleaned the product and compared it to new products and thus accuse us of lying. Mom sent the product back and paid for the shipping herself. In addition to refusing to cancel the order, they say that they can send it back, but then mom will have to pay for the shipping again. No humanity and understanding, terribly bad products and even worse service. Misleading name when the people who work there are anything but careful.
