I took my grandfather's old Rolex to Bergströms in September 2022. They gave me an initial estimate of about SEK 9000 and said it should be possible to get it done "before Christmas".. After this the watch was sent to the Swedish (I think?) workshop and was there for about 2 months. They said the repair was not possible in Sweden and would need to be done in Switzerland. The watch was sent to Switzerland. I kept following up every 2 weeks or so. But there was no progress in Switzerland because it was a vintage watch. I also felt that Bergströms were not provided timely updates from Switzerland because they would tell me that they had no updates for periods of up to 4-6 weeks on every follow up (weekly after the watch was sent to Switzerland). In early 2023 I decided to leave Sweden and move to the UK. I informed Bergströms of the approximate time (May) of the move and asked them to get the watch back. The watch had not been worked on in Switzerland. 1 week before leaving gothenburg, the watch was still not returned from Switzerland. But Bergströms offered to send the watch to me in the UK. I received the watch in July 2023, however had to pay £750 in customs duty. Now in October, Bergströms has refunded the customs duty amount. It was a long, slow and stressful process and the watch is still not repaired, however, I think the staff at Bergströms at least did what they said they would and were generally polite, though not super responsive. I was hoping for a bit more responsiveness in a matter related to a watch of great sentimental value to me I will try to get it repaired in the UK now.

I have had three haircuts in total at Randevu. They were all average haircuts, I wouldn't say they stood out or were particularly exceptional in any way. However the salon has steep prices. I've been charged from 350 kr (first time) to 620 kr (this time, about 4 days ago). Considering it only takes about half an hour to cut my hair, I think this place is expensive and am deterred to go there again. Edit: Randevu responded to the review after 1.5 years and returned 310kr from my previous "not exceptional" haircut. I thought that was a good gesture.
Bakade fel bröd och ljög om det. Personalen är inte bra. Ganska oförskämd. Rekommenderas inte!
Bra mat. Faktiskt ett av de trevligaste indiska matställena i Göteborg. Men förvänta dig inte för mycket av själva lokalen. Lunchen är fantastisk både i kvalitet och värde, jag föreslår lammet!
Tecknet på ett bra sushiställe är wasabi. Lemona överträffar förväntningarna! Det är den bästa sushi jag har haft i Göteborg.
Bröderna Hellström renoverade mitt kök och gjorde ett jättebra jobb. Förutom själva arbetet tycker jag att människorna är hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående och bra att prata med om man behöver något!
De låter dig anpassa sushibitarna i lunchmenyn även om det verkar som att lunchmenyn är fixad
Ljudet var fantastiskt och personalen också. Det finns en liten kiosk som serverar förfriskningar. Garderoben är gratis och med hjälpsam personal. Sammantaget tycker jag att det är en trevlig plats. Den enda nackdelen är att man måste stå utomhus i kylan före föreställningen tills dörrarna öppnas.
Hade en bra upplevelse överlag. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som har bra råd om vad man vill göra. En bastubåt - verkligen fantastiskt. Fina, rena små stugor med alla grundläggande bekvämligheter.
Maten är god och personalen mycket hjälpsam. Några problem med parkeringen i närheten gav oss böter i det här området.
