The facility is excellent for children. The pool is not lacking, but there is a need to train the youth staff in customer service. As a 44-year-old visitor, I find that the staff treat me in a manner that suggests suspicion, rather than with professional respect. This has happened on two occasions with the same person, the most recent of which also involved a female colleague. While the staff's instructions may be factually correct, the tone and irony in their communication is inappropriate. It seems that they experience a sense of excessive authority. If I am not allowed to drink coffee or handle important messages - for which I was reprimanded - on the grounds that I have to supervise my 10-year-old son every second, despite him being in the small pool and having advanced swimming skills after five years of swimming lessons, I will refrain from future visits. Furthermore, I noted that I was reprimanded for using a mobile phone, while another visitor, a long-haired blond man who was filming nearby, was not reprimanded. This may indicate inconsistent application of rules, possibly due to personal relationships. I realize that my absence may not represent a major loss to the facility, but I am reflecting on the developments we are seeing in society.

Väldigt intressant!!! För 30kr är värt varenda krona. Delvis finns inte väldigt mycket att se, allt samlades i 4-5 rum, men videon ger en väldigt bra bild om bland annat livet på mentalsjukhuset. Fantastiska handgjorda föremål och verk... Det är värt!
