TLDR: These people are not to be trusted, for the love of god please do NOT do business with them ! These are clearly fraudsters. Any time an authentic review is left, it is quickly drowned out with "positive reviews" (to keep the score up), which i can only assume come via friends and family. WARNING ! RUN ! SCAM ! The long version: - Made contact, asked for a Carfax, they said they would provide one - After 2 weeks of no response, called them, again they mentioned they will provide the Carfax - After another week of being ignored, I call them again, and get to hear that they won't do the Carfax (fine, I'll do it myself. Any reputable dealer would provide this by default though) - We set a date to meet up, and i ask if they could pick me up at the train station, that way i could take the car for a test drive back to the dealership. To which they agreed. - When i get to the train station, there is no pickup as agreed, and after calling them it was clear I would have to get there on my own. - When getting to the dealership, i would have expected the car to be ready to go, as they knew about this for about a month, yet the car was in the shop, engine bay open and lights detached and such, hear pressurized air in the background (Afterwards i figured out they were blowing the moisture out of the light blocks etc, so i wouldn't notice these defects) - The transaction was horrifying, as i noticed a few things wrong with the car that were advertised as a feature (like seat heating that wasn't working). They would just leave the room in the middle of a conversation and were by no means willing to negotiate on the price or to fix the defects before Sale, even though it clearly was not as they advertised. - When contacting afterwards about the defects they have hidden, they would not step up or make any effort to set things right. My local workshop did not want to deal with them anymore either as they said it was like talking to a brick wall. - The car was falsely advertised: > Said to be in very good condition (they had hidden defects and made no effort to actually fix something before selling it) > Said to have been through an Inspection, which i found out was nonsense, it had not been inspected as I have to this myself after purchase > Said to have had been Serviced by them, which was also nonsense as I have had to have it Serviced myself after purchase So far I have had to spend an additional 15670 SEK on getting the car in working order. This is outrageous ! I would highly recommend you to go to another dealership. ARN: National Board for Consumer Disputes There are currently 12 ARN Reports made against this dealership. (Keep in mind, it costs the consumer 150 SEK to submit a report) These are publicly available documents, and can be requested freely at ARN's Website (easily found on google). I would suggest to have a look at those before you make the mistake of doing business with this "Company".
