We checked in here on August 10, 2025 – and left after 15 minutes. We had previously announced that we were arriving with a dog, but received no response. Upon arrival, we were assigned a different room that in no way met the standards we had booked: no overhead light, only small lamps, windows that couldn't be opened, used laundry still in the washing machine, no hairdryer, and an extremely noisy and unstable bed. The supposedly included breakfast was – as you can see from my photos – completely inadequate. It seemed as if my dog should be locked up. The general condition of the room was far from what you would expect for €250 – and I found the host's behavior very arrogant. We immediately canceled, left, and immediately contacted Check24. Despite clear deficiencies, they withheld a cancellation fee of almost €80, plus €80 in travel expenses. As of now, we are more than disappointed. Should a complete and fair solution be found, I will of course adjust this rating
