The Elegoo Neptune 4 Max is not a 3D printer. It’s a trap. A black hole where time, patience, and sanity go to die. I followed every single firmware update instruction to the letter – multiple USB sticks, FAT32 formatting, flashing their “repair” pack, TF card updates, you name it. The machine just stares back like a brain-dead zombie. No feedback, no logs, no signs of life. It’s like trying to update a toaster with a typewriter. And support? Instead of owning up to the obvious defect, they send me a 10-step guide from the depths of hell and offer a roll of PLA as compensation. That’s not customer service – that’s comedy. Bonus insult: the extra extruder I ordered literally disassembled itself the moment I touched it. Straight out of the box – in pieces. This product is garbage. The firmware is a joke. The build quality is laughable. And the support experience is a Kafkaesque loop of “have you tried turning it off and on again?” If you're considering buying this printer – don’t. If someone gives it to you for free – run. If you already own one – I’m so, so sorry.
Elegoo Neptune 4 Max är inte en 3D-skrivare. Det är en fälla. Ett svart hål där tid, tålamod och förstånd går för att dö. …
