Very disappointing service for an acute problem. Had the car dead in their driveway. First recommendation was to drive it >1000km back to Belgium, how?? Then it was supposedly very busy that week and impossible to get a date for the repair. I look online and there are several open appointments for same day. Desk personnel (Algot) was extremely indifferent and manager arrogant, made me waste hours in the waiting room and didn’t even mention the car was taken into shop already. Next, it took them 4 days to take the car apart and conclude everything is all right. I had to tell them myself to change the low voltage battery, then conclusion changed to ‘you’re right it’s still broken and we cannot fix it’. Finally, communication is ZERO. We’re six week on and I had one call from the shop in the whole process, all other info I had to forcefully extract via messages in the Tesla. app and calling hours with a call center in Amsterdam. Suggest to all to have your car towed somewhere else than Jönkoping, even for an ‘easy’ problem such as a battery change.
