My involvement with AFI Fastighetsmäklare was a nightmare that I wish no one else would have to experience. From start to finish, the process was filled with ambiguity and misunderstandings, with the broker clearly demonstrating a lack of professionalism and integrity. Communication was non-existent; the broker failed to provide feedback at critical stages of the process, resulting in missed opportunities and ultimately a failed purchase. It wasn't just a matter of poor service; it was a complete lack of accountability that cost me both time and money. To top it all off, the brokerage firm seems to have a policy of withholding important information that could affect the outcome of the purchase. It felt like they were playing under the table, with the goal of taking advantage of uninformed buyers. The company's turnover of only SEK 361,000 gives the impression that they have no capacity or intention to handle their clients' affairs in a fair, open and honest manner. I would strongly advise against using AFI Real Estate Agents. If you value your time, money and peace of mind, look for a broker who exhibits honesty and professionalism - qualities that AFI Real Estate Agents unfortunately completely lack.
