I wanted to put in a formal complaint but doesn't seem like I can email or get hold of someone via their number. I got a last-minute appointment which of course was appreciated but the experience was awful from start to finish. Firstly, I asked to speak in English (in Swedish) but I was met with a Swedish response, asking if I spoke in Swedish. I didn't feel like I could take this conversation in Swedish therefore that's why I asked. I've spoken to a few English friends who have experienced things and it's such a strange... response. Before visiting, I knew my issue and therefore was just hoping to get examined and get medication. I'd just been through quite a stressful period in my life and told the midwife this. Out of nowhere, I got asked 'You're 34 right? Do you want Kids' to which I answered 'Yes I do want Kids', the response 'I could advise you not to wait for Kids' WHERE DID THIS COME FROM? My appointment was not at all to discuss fertility. This person had no idea of my background, financial status or even relationship so I don't think it's appropriate to ask questions like this. I'm pretty sure all women are quite aware of their 'body clock'. I got the medication I needed but I cried the whole day and I will never visit this clinic again. I hope you can educate your staff on how to handle patients differently in the future.
