Avoid at all costs Booked a move-in cleaning service but the cleaning was not approved during the inspection and was far from what can be called a move-in cleaning service. The apartment was not vacuumed, the bathroom had dirt and stains left, the windows were not polished, the moldings and switches were dirty and behind/under the appliances there was gross dirt. I had to do the emergency cleaning myself because the next tenant was moving in just three hours later. The cleaner also arrived 45 minutes before the agreed time, called and woke me up, and lacked completely basic equipment – ​​no vacuum cleaner, only a Dramaten bag with cleaning supplies. Despite the fact that the cleaning took about 9 hours in a 55 m2 apartment, the result was still rejected. In addition, the windows in the apartment were left open, which then remained open for two days until I got there myself. This is both irresponsible and completely unacceptable. Afterwards, I tried for over two weeks to get in touch with the company via email, text message and phone. I only received one response, with a very rude attitude, where I was promised feedback after they saw pictures from the inspection. No feedback ever came – however, an invoice was sent despite an ongoing complaint. Very unprofessional treatment, substandard work and a total lack of responsibility. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
