Incredibly bad service. You can't cancel your membership or subscription unless you go to the reception during the few hours they are open each week. The opening hours are in the mornings during the week when you have work or other activities. There is no option to cancel on "my pages", they have no phone number and don't answer emails. Incredibly bad, don't start a subscription here, because you have no way whatsoever to cancel it whenever you want. Ugh! You have to block the payment through the bank.
