Didn't let me test drive the car even though I called one week ahead to book it. As soon as I left, I noticed the car had mechanical problems. I called complaining about the car, but he didn't take any responsibility for the car's flaws (I had already paid to fix one of the issues and he didn't want to refund me), lied about having to talk with his boss (he's the owner) before he could help me, and didn't reply to my contacts. After I sent an email threatening to file a complaint with Konsumentverket, he started replying... to me and now the car is scheduled to be fixed by him.
