I called Billhuset in Piteå today about my car that was still not ready. The person I spoke to was rude, angry for no reason and tried to reprimand me as a customer. He said, among other things, that the car would not be ready before 4:00 PM and that I should “look after him”. I was shocked by the treatment – I had not been rude or made any unreasonable demands. When I said no, I chose to end the call myself because the treatment was disrespectful. As a customer, you expect respect and a professional treatment, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, I got the exact opposite here.
