Avoid this dishonest and condesending clinic. Our daughter had an apponntment today at 16. So my went earlier home from work to take our daughter. On the way to clinic at 15:47 we recieve sms with new time i 2 weeks. When asking they they claim some of us went online and changed time. Maybe by mistake we changed our time. First they change your time and then they pretend you have done it when you ask them why. We could have acxptes if they were honest and said they change it because dentist was sich or could not make it. But to lie it is not Ok.

I had an appointmen on the 8 of October but that day there was some slow security guy at the door. He was very rude. He asked me if I had an appointment. I said i have and that I did not have any fever or a flue. Then i took one step forward and was still at least 2 meters from the security guard. He raised his hand and said stop." I don't want corona" he said. I looked him deep in the eyes to see if he was serious or what he meant. Then he hurried up to say - "you don't want corona either. And have you had a flue or fever ". I told him I allredy have replied that I did not have a flue or feber. I have been to angered vårdcentral 4 times this month and everytime there was normal security guards but this guy seemed like he was police reject and wanted to demonstrate som force and he didn't listen. He was very rude. I hope more people will come forward if they recognised this behaviour. Some people from that day who was in line behind me looked and was very suprised. I mean why is angered vårdcentral hiring people who are that rude. It is better just to change vårdcentral that have this degrading experince! Today I was visiting again and same guard stood and had a private conversation with another employee while I was waiting in line. He showed me it will take 2 minuttes. Anad I thought it is something job related but he kept on speaking privat stuff with another employee from hospital. I came late in and waited 20 minutes before it was my turn. So I was late for work afterwards.
Peppargatan is not what it used to be just one year ago. A lot of newcomers from Romania moved in. They grill in front of the building where there is a sign not to grill so it comes inside our appartmants and there is a danger of fire. They drink and smoke at childrens playground and occupie it every now and then. When you call tryghetsgruppen to come they never show up and instead ask you to speak to them. They let their dog go unleashed so people with allergies and small children get chaes by their dogs. They disturbe their neighbours and are very agresive. After living here almost for 10 years it seems like it is time to move to more neighbour friendly area.
