She is great! I’ve started doing pilates for the first time in my life in February with Annica. Every day we implement what learnt, but in different ways. Making each session different and dynamic. She is very gentle and focuses on explaining the technique and help, always ensuring there isn’t any risk of injury or pain. It’s a really good way to finish the day specially after an exhausting day at work. You get to focus on something else and it renews the energy! Tack Annica!
