Do not buy from AXS. They cancelled my Lady Gaga Mayhem tickets just 3 days before the event. I received no notification about the cancellation and was never given a reason why my tickets were cancelled—or by whom. AXS support was also not helpful, if anyone even responded at all. I did receive a refund, but that does not fix the issue. Missing the event caused a lot of frustration and disappointment, and the lack of communication made it even worse.
