I am disappointed in them as I think they have poor information on the website. Started an inquiry about a corresponding cosmetic surgery. Had to fill out a lot of questionnaires about, among other things, medical history and weight. No surgery due to the above. Absolutely no problems, I understand when I finally got it pointed out to me that this is necessary for my safety. But what I think is bad is that this problem with BMI etc. is not described on the website, to read up on before starting the application process. Would have saved both parties time..
