The pharmacy has most of what you could need. Good advice on medicines and always offers medicines at the lowest cost. The reason for 3/5 is that when it comes to non-prescription products, the staff does not want to sell what is the lowest cost. I had checked online that a certain gel was available for around 100 SEK. But the guy at the checkout forced me to buy a more expensive product for 200 SEK even though I pointed out that you have the cheaper one (of your own brand), it says so on the internet, but he did not want to check this on the computer, so I had to buy the expensive one because I needed it. My mother managed to get another cashier to give her the cheaper ointment 15 minutes later, and I tried to return the expensive one, but it did not work. If the first guy had only looked on the computer, he would have found it cheaper. I was 300 SEK poorer on an ointment that was used twice.
Always satisfied here. Just enough questions and information. Good conversational tone so that privacy is not threatened and all other customers need to hear about all of your medications.
