I had a very positive experience at Vårdcentralen Granen and I am genuinely grateful for their care. On a Wednesday evening I accidentally burned my thighs with boiling water and ended up with first and second degree burns. The next morning I called the clinic. They answered my call, provided a medical assessment, and offered options in English, which was extremely helpful for me as a non Swedish citizen without BankID. I was given an appointment at 11 the same day. When I arrived, I was processed quickly and did not have to wait long. The nurse was kind, informative, and gentle. I received proper treatment and clear instructions, along with a follow up appointment. Since then I have had three follow up visits, each scheduled directly during the previous appointment. I saw three different nurses and all of them were professional, caring, and thorough (I even got supplies to change my bandages for the burn at home upon request). Under their care my burn has been healing very well. I also had to reschedule one appointment due to my own scheduling mistake. The phone system gave me a specific time when they would call me back, and they called exactly at that time. The rescheduling process was smooth and uncomplicated. I have no complaints at all. I feel very well cared for and I am extremely happy that I switched to Vårdcentralen Granen. The level of professionalism, accessibility, and kindness has been outstanding.
