(Edit: I haven't had any issues with the quality of the products and I did ultimately receive everything I paid for so I'm increasing the rating to account for that.) Trying to get any customer service from this company is like trying to draw blood from a stone. Any email to their support staff will take weeks to get a response, and if you need to continue the conversation you get sent back into the queue to have your issue now handled by someone else, several weeks later, who didn't read your original message. Edit: While I certainly don't like that my order has taken so long to fulfill, I understand that Ion games isn't a printing or logistics company and has limited control over how long those parts of the process take. I'm mostly upset with the factors that are inside of Ion's control, which is customer support. Yes, I've seen the production timeline and it's good that we have that information available. However, it is not sufficient. It doesn't tell me when *my* order will be shipped out, or even whether my order is still in the system at all. The order confirmation email has a link to see the order on the website, but the status doesn't update there (even orders I already received say they are waiting to be shipped). I did actually get a tracking number this time, but I have no way of knowing which of my two open orders the tracking number belongs to. The only way for me to even attempt to get concrete information is to contact customer support, and they often don't give any more useful information than I have already found myself.
