When pulling each pallet, I had to push very hard to pull it through the gate! It is very easy to get injured, because the pallets are really heavy. If an elderly person came, he wouldn't be able to unload the cargo because he wouldn't be physically able. I strongly doubt that the manager is in the right place, because the communication was very poor, rather intrusively domineering and quite unethical!
