Warning ⚠️ Never buy from them! I bought a Volvo V70 from them and got a 3 month warranty on the engine and gearbox. The car had occasional problems, but on March 12, 2025 the engine light came on. I called the (thermostat car sales) phone number directly. He answered, and I told him about the problem. He said I should drive to another workshop for troubleshooting. I made an appointment at Helmia. Helmia carried out troubleshooting and found that the high pressure pump was broken. I tried to call the car seller again, but I couldn't get through because he had blocked my number! I asked Helmia to contact him, but he had said he wouldn't fix the car. When I emailed the car seller, he replied that I should leave the car with them and they would send it to the workshop they work with. I drove there to drop off the car, but no one was there and their office was locked. I asked the body shop next door, and they said they hadn't seen the car salesman in a long time. Now the car is sitting there and I haven't received any help. I've tried calling different numbers, but they don't answer, either by email or phone. This is the worst deal I've ever made. I asked the salesman when I bought the car what the warranty was, and he said that if something goes wrong with the engine or gearbox, I'll come over and get it fixed!
