I shop here almost every morning and always buy my morning coffee. But today I wanted to regret my purchase and instead exchange the coffee for an energy drink. I explained the situation and asked politely at the cashier but the woman working there said no, you have to pay for the coffee I asked her again she said no haha but it's only for a small cup of coffee, which can easily be poured out. It's not a big loss for the store especially not compared to losing a regular customer who comes every day. Sometimes it's about showing a little understanding and a sense of service. Sometimes you have really super nice staff, but sometimes there's someone at the cashier who can't even say hello to the customer, communicates unclearly and is also perceived as rude.
